Landscape comes alive during harvest season at Pointe D’Vine. Grapes are freshly harvested, leaves begin to change colors, and the sweet aroma of fall starts to fill the air.
For us, the harvest season is a time of celebration. Our grapes have ripened for the season, and we’re able to start the process of offering flavorful, local wines to people in our area.
We know not everyone in our community has been able to experience the harvest season with us first-hand, so we’d like to share our favorite parts about visiting our vineyard during this time.
The Wine
It makes sense that one of our most favorite parts of harvest season is the wine that comes after, right?
Our vineyards are home to both chambourcin and chardonel grape varieties. During harvest season, the grape clusters are carefully monitored for their sugar content, acidity level, taste, and more.
The moment they reach the perfect ripeness, they are harvested and on their way to becoming one of our six different wine varieties. Each wine we offer is carefully crafted to bring out the unique flavors of the grapes, and each one is delicious in its own unique way.
From vine to bottle, we work with a local winery to transform our grape harvest into a delectable wine selection. Don’t just take our word for it, come try them yourself!
From dry red wines to sweet white wines, our Tasting Room offers guests an enjoyable atmosphere to sit back, relax, and try their favorites. We also offer domestic beers, mixed drinks, and coffee for those who may not prefer wine but are along for the ride.

Friday Noon – 9 pm
Saturday 11 am – 4 pm
Sunday Noon – 6 pm
The Events
We love sharing the experience of Pointe D’vine with others, so we work with local vendors, entertainers, and the community to offer exciting events throughout harvest season. The weather is typically starting to cool off this time of year, so many of our events are hosted outdoors for people to take in the beautiful weather and picturesque scenery.
Whether you’re looking for a fun girls day or a romantic night out with your significant other, we’ve planned a schedule of events and live entertainment that will help you escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Live entertainment, local vendor booths, and a delectable farm-to-table dinner are just a few of the events we have coming up this season.

The Scenery
There’s something truly enchanting about our vineyard. The rolling Mississippi hills adorned with rows of lush vines, the intoxicating aroma of ripe grapes, and the tranquil ambiance invite you to slow down and savor the moment. Beautiful trees surround our property and become a sea of red, orange, and yellow hues as the harvest season begins to transition into fall.
Harvest season is also particularly delightful for one of our guided vineyard tours. Our tours are more than a behind-the-scenes look at harvesting – they’re an opportunity to connect with nature and appreciate the artistry that goes into every bottle of wine. The beauty of our vineyard isn’t confined to the outdoors. Our historic Ancestral Barn adds a touch of rustic charm, while our modern Hilltop venue offers charming elegance.
